There have been lots of changes here, including the name of my practice. The former name of Health and Healing Acupuncture did not reflect the addition of esthetic services.

After working with patients for several years, one of the most apparent observations I have made, is how full of stress so many are. Stress is considered by many to be the greatest mitigator of disease, both physically and emotionally. As a practitioner, I am always trying to improve. When I asked myself "what helps me to relax?" the recollection of one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had, was a facial given to me by an extremely gifted esthetician named Mia. I wanted to provide that kind of experience for my patients too, so I went back to school and got my esthetics license. I can't promise I am ever going to be as good as Mia, but I am certainly going to try. :)
